Discovery

Sit down and relax, you will Interact with us in one of our showrooms as we endeavor in discovering all possibilities to entertain, control and secure your property with the latest technology trends and solutions for your home and business.

System Design & VR

Our in-house engineering team will be working on designing all aspects of the project and create all documentation necessary to present a detailed proposal with all equipments, floor plan and the possibility experience the rooms using our state of the art Virtual Reality Experience.

Implementation

Our engineering team generates all pre-wiring and systems schematics and a Project Manager gets assigned to your project. Rough and Trim phases commence. And with the home interior primed, we finish the trimming phase and proceed to order the equipment, and schedule its installation and programming. These final phases can take a few weeks or a few months depending on the project’s scale.

Service & 24/7 Support

We now walk the property with you and teach you how to use the system. A punch list is created to make sure all details are complete to your satisfaction. After a sign off you will have the choice to register for our 24/7 support plans. We will be available to solve any problem you have, remote or onsite.
